Hardly a marina, just a few fishing boats huddled in a khlong. However, the views from the small pier across the Songkhla Lake are stunning. Huge drop nets known as 'yor' add to a scene that is frozen in time. At the tip of Ko Mak, this is not the easiest place to reach but well worth the effort to enjoy peace and tranquillity in a deserted location, so rare these days.
