The model for this Si Sa Ket Aquarium can be found in many other cities in Thailand. The aquarium contains a wide variety of fish, mostly freshwater varieties from the river systems in Thailand and beyond. The aquarium has a larger than normal tank with viewing tunnel. They’ve added a couple of features of local interest; a sunken, Khmer prasat and sunken boats. Entry is inexpensive at 30 baht but the aquarium looks a bit tired and could do with an upgrade.
