Monument No 13, Khok Mai Den Ancient City,
Phayuha Khiri District, Nakhon Sawan Province

The base of a brick and clay stupa was discovered on 1964. It was built to a square plan measuring 6.80 x 6.80 metres. The height is 0.70 metres. The first level of the base is circumambulatory with a line of brick protruding on the north side. The upper tiers are in ruin. Archaeological excavations have revealed stoccos of god heads and human faces of Dvaravati art.
