Prasat Chang Pi, Sikhorapum District, Surin Province

Prasat Chang Pi is an arokayasala (medical station) built by Jayavarman VII (1181-1218), one of the 102 he ordered during his reign. It is a Mahayana Buddhist temple with a simple tower within a rectangular enclosure. The sanctuary was built from laterite blocks with carved sandstone doorways. To the northeast is the pond also lined with laterite.
