The Ta Khian Thong Waterfall is located in the Tanao Si Mountains forming the boundary between Thailand and Myanmar in Sangkhlburi, part of the Naresuan Wildlife Sanctuary. Its water source is in Myanmar which flows all year round. Located 7 kilometres from Sangkhlaburi on highway 323, it takes 30 minutes to reach the first level of the falls and up to an hour to complete the trail. To get there, you must walk through the jungle and cross rivers, sometimes by swimming (at least in the rainy season). This waterfall is one of a number listed in Kanchanaburi Province.
