Lak Si Railway Station is a station on the State Railway of Thailand’s (SRT) Northern and Northeastern Lines. All trains on these lines pass through Lak Si station which has 4 platforms. Running alongside the station is the newly constructed elevated section intended for both local and regional services. There will be a new station here on the Dark Red Line eventually replacing the current one. The station is presently 17.57 km from Bangkok station but when the new Bang Sue terminal opens, this distance will be much less.
